The filtering mode of the oil filter

Filtration process: the porous permeable medium is used to filter out the insoluble substance in the oil solution to separate solid particles > 1 m. The paper fiber can absorb a small amount of water.
Electrostatic process: the electrostatic field force is used to make the non-soluble pollutants in the oil adsorbed on the dust collector in the electrostatic field to separate solid particles, sludge and < 1 m "soft particles".
Magnetic process: Separation of ferromagnetic particles by magnetic field force to absorb the ferromagnetic particles in the oil character.
Centrifugal oil filter:
By means of mechanical energy, the oil can move in a circular motion, and the radial acceleration generated can be used to separate larger solid particles, free water and a small amount of emulsified water from insoluble substances with different oil density.
Coalescing oil filter:
A mixture of two insoluble liquids is used to separate free water and a small amount of emulsified water based on the difference in the wetting (or affinity) of the two liquids to a multi-pore medium.
Vacuum oil filter:
By using the difference of saturated vapor pressure under negative pressure, the moisture and air in various forms in oil can be separated from other liquids or gases.
Adsorption: Separation of solid particles, free water and emulsified water from soluble and insoluble substances in oil by molecular adhesion.
