When the tank type non-negative pressure water supply equipment is put into use, the water from the municipal pipe network will flow into the non-negative pressure stabilizing tank and discharge a large amount of air in the tank through the exhaust valve. When it is discharged into the tank without air, the float ball in the valve will be floated by water, the driving plug will jump to the closed position, and the exhaust port will gradually close and stop exhaust to prevent water outflow. When the water flow in the steady flow tank is normally transported, the air will gather again in the steady flow tank. When the water level in the tank drops, the float ball will then drop and reach the specified position, and the air will be discharged by the vent.
Equipment normal operation, if appear municipal pipe network of water shortage, municipal feed line stop or a steady flow of water supply tank pressure below atmospheric pressure, the steady flow tank water level drops, floating ball drops, drive the plug head open, inhaled air, maintain steady flow tank pressure equals the atmospheric pressure, avoid the municipal pipeline network, the phenomenon of the negative pressure inside.
When the pressure in the municipal pipe network is lower than the set pressure required by the user, the variable frequency speed-regulating water pump starts to run to ensure that the water pressure in the pipe network meets the user's demand for water. Obviously, the higher the water pressure of the municipal pipe network, the lower the speed of the pump; The lower the water pressure of the municipal pipe network, the higher the speed of the pump. When the water pressure of the municipal pipe network meets the demand of users, the equipment will automatically stop working, and the water of the municipal pipe network will be directly supplied to users through the bypass pipe.
If there is an emergency, such as when the municipal pipe network stops supplying water, the water level in the steady flow tank gradually drops. When the water level drops to a low level, the liquid level gauge on the steady flow tank will send out the stop signal, and the equipment will automatically stop running and display the water shortage protection signal. In case of power failure, the water supply equipment without negative pressure will be directly stopped, and the water of the municipal pipe network will be directly supplied to the user from the equipment bypass pipe.
