Switch on the motor power and make the oil filter work. The normal working pressure of the oil filter will change with the viscosity of the oil filtered and the resistance of the pipeline expelled. Generally, the initial pressure of filtration is low in the range of 0.05~ 0.mpa. With the increase of water absorbed by the filter residue and filter paper, the pressure will increase gradually.
In the process of oil filtration, the oil sample can be extracted by unscrewing the nozzle for sampling. After filtration, loosen the pressing device, take out the filter paper piece by piece, clean the filter paper and filter residue in the filter frame, replace the filter paper and clamp the pressure again, and cover the oil tank.

If there is an emergency, such as when the municipal pipe network stops supplying water, the water level in the steady flow tank gradually drops. When the water level drops to a low level, the liquid level gauge on the steady flow tank will send out the stop signal, and the equipment will automatically stop running and display the water shortage protection signal. In case of power failure, the water supply equipment without negative pressure will be directly stopped, and the water of the municipal pipe network will be directly supplied to the user from the equipment bypass pipe.
