Trouble shooting of oil-water separator
Oil and water separator failure - white smoke from the engine.

the water in the fuel turns to steam when burned.
And the steam in the white smoke will damage the high-pressure fuel injector,
resulting in insufficient engine power, will cause a sudden stop phenomenon,

If the oil-water separator is damaged, the water and impurities in diesel
fuel will pass through the filtration and cleaning device, and then accumulate
in the inlet valve, inlet and cylinder, forming hard carbon accumulation over a
long period of time, which will then affect the work of the engine, and
seriously lead to engine damage.
Damage of oil-water separator will cause valve carbon accumulation, and valve
carbon accumulation will lead to the engine starting difficulty, idle speed
instability, poor acceleration, rapid refueling tempering, exhaust gas exceeding
the standard, increased fuel consumption and other abnormal phenomena, serious
will lead to engine damage.

The high-pressure fuel injection nozzle in the high-pressure common rail
system needs accurate control of fuel injection pressure, fuel injection time
and fuel injection amount, and the work of the fuel injection nozzle is
relatively fine. If problems occur in the oil-water separator, water and
impurities in diesel fuel will cause wear and tear to the plunger couple in the
fuel injection nozzle, causing tension until the fuel injector is stuck.
Damage to the fuel injector can cause unstable or weak acceleration of the
engine, or emit black smoke and other faults, or directly damage the engine. As
