When the cooling device is out of service, the oil temperature will rise sharply and the oil may escape from the explosion-proof tube (or safety airway). When the cooling device resumes operation and the oil level of the oil pillow drops sharply again, and the oil level drops below -20℃ and continues to decline, the heavy gas protection device should be stopped immediately. If the cooling unit cannot be resumed within the specified time, the duty shall be reported long and the transformer withdrawn from operation.
