(1) When the vacuum oil filter in operation needs to be interrupted, the oil pump can not be stopped until the heating power is disconnected for 5min, so as to prevent the local oil in the oil circuit from being heated and decomposed to produce hydrocarbon gas.
(2) After the outdoor low temperature environment is completed, the water stored in the vacuum pump to the condenser must be drained to prevent the equipment from being damaged by low temperature icing.
(3) When the oil filter is not in use, the waste oil in the vacuum pump shall be drained and injected with new oil.
(4) The condenser and heater of the vacuum oil filter shall be cleaned regularly, otherwise the efficiency and service life will be reduced.
