Oil filter equipment operation is simple, remarkable effect


Inside the filter there is a rotor with a dual jet nozzle, which is driven only by the pressure generated by the oil. After the equipment is turned on, the oil in the oil tank is sent to the rotor through the pump, and the oil is discharged along the nozzle at the bottom of the rotary table when the oil is full of the rotor. Then the driving force is generated to make the rotor rotate at a high speed.

Its rotation speed can reach more than 4000-6000r.p.m., and the force generated is more than 2000 times that of gravity. The centrifugal force principle directly drives the impurities to be separated from the oil. Even 1 m of hard, sharp, abrasive metal material can be removed, together with residues that cause parts to wear out or oil to deteriorate. The separated impurities are attached to the impurity collection cover in the rotor and only need to be cleaned regularly. In addition, because the specific gravity of water is higher than that of oil, under the action of centrifugal force, the water will be separated from the oil and stored in the rotor oil pan. It only needs to be removed during cleaning, and the filtered oil will flow directly back to the oil tank of the oil filter through gravity.
