Main working principle of coalescing oil filter
Coalescence separation is equipped with two filter elements with different functions: coalescence filter element and separation filter element. When the oil flows through the coalescer, it goes through four process stages of filtration, coalescing, sedimentation and separation to achieve the function of filtering out particulate pollutants and water.

The oil first flows from the inside to the outside through coalescer filter element, which is made of special glass fiber and other synthetic materials and is specially prepared for oil dehydration. It has good hydrophilicity. Coalescing filtration core has the dual function of filtering particulate pollutants and coalescing water.

The innermost high-precision filter material first filters out the particulate pollutants in the oil. The outside demulsification coalesce to form droplets in the oil. The larger ones will settle to the sink by their own gravity, while the smaller ones will be carried along by oil before settling.

The separation filter is made of specially treated stainless steel mesh, which has good hydrophobicity. When the oil flows through the separation filter core from the outside, the small water droplets are effectively intercepted outside the filter core, only allowing the oil to pass through, not allowing the water to pass through, thus further separating the water.
